HILL STATIONS
IN THE DARJEELING DISTRICT

DAY 1:New Jalpaiguri / BAGDOGRA TO MIRIK
Start the beautiful experience of Six Hill Stations in Darjeeling District. Mirik has a beautiful lake with boating facilities. Most of the Tea Gardens of Darjeeling producing the world Famous Darjeeling Tea, are in and around Mirik Night halt

DAY 2:MIRIK TO DARJEELING
After breakfast, 7 point’s sights seeing which includes Mountaineering Institute, Himalayan Zoo, Tea Gardens, Tenzing Rock etc. Enjoy Momo, the Nepali dish. After lunch, visit Rock Garden, Gangamaiya Park& halt.

DAY 3:DARJEELING
Early morning start for Tiger Hill (Sunrise Point) to get the golden reflection of the first rays of the Sun on the mighty snow capped Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit Ghum Monastery and Battasia Loop.

DAY 4:DARJEELING TO DEOLO
Early morning start from Darjeeling to the Divisional town in Darjeeling District, Kalimpong, and proceed towards Deolo via Chitre. On the way, River Rafting, and then proceed to Deolo Hills – 15 kms ahead and above Kalimpong at Graham House. See the entire Eastern Himalayan Range from here—a stunning sight.

DAY 5:DEOLO TO LOLEYGAON
After Breakfast, start for Lolaygam( 6000 ft.) and halt. Lolaygam  in Nepali means ‘Village of Peace’. Experience the calmness and peace of being one with Nature.

DAY 6:LOLAYGAM TO LAVA
After B/F start for Lava the Virgin Forest Area,(7000 ft.) and experience the beauty of the Himalayan Forests .Lava is noted for it’s birdlife and has many species of rare and beautiful birds. This place is a paradise for Bird Watchers, both Amateurs as well as for Ornithologists.

DAY 7:LAVA TO RISHOP
After Breakfast, start for Rishop at 8500 ft. high attitude and halt. See the Forests and Mountains spread out all around you.

DAY 8:RISHOP TO New Jalpaiguri /BAGDOGRA
Start back to New Jalpaiguri via Gurubathan with beautiful memories.
